Analyse impacts of sociological factors on clients in community work and services

Assess co-existing needs
Facilitate responsible behaviour
Develop and promote positive person-centred behaviour supports
Coordinate complex case requirements
Case Management
Undertake case management in a child protection framework
Develop, facilitate and review all aspects of case management
Develop and implement service programs
Facilitate workplace debriefing and support processes
Develop workplace communication strategies
There is a minimum of 100 hours of vocational placement experience in this course.

Blended learning means that your course might involve webinars, podcasts, face-to-face training, a variety of resources in different mediums, as well as phone calls and structured independent study. It’s often online, but you’re never really alone.
There are no prerequisites to enrol to study this qualification.
Students are expected to have Year 12 or equivalent literacy, numeracy and language, plus intermediate computer skills.
