There is a requirement of four weeks of placement experience, however this can be fulfilled by regular employment hours if you are already employed in the industry.

Online learning may include interactive assessments, online tutorials, video chat and discussion boards.
There are no prerequisites to enrol to study this qualification.
Students are expected to have Year 12 or equivalent literacy, numeracy and language skills and intermediate computer skills.
Students are also required to have exposure to a workplace where their employer can allow them to use current policy to conduct practical application of skills.
